Terms of Participation
By registering for the SITE Olympiad 2025, you accept the Public Offer agreement. Key points:
Participation fee: $100. Payment is processed online via secure providers. Bank fees are borne by the participant.
All candidates who successfully complete the AI General Practitioner (AIGP) Course and assignments receive a SITE Certificate of Completion in AI for Business Foundations, regardless of whether they win a scholarship. Certificates are issued digitally through the Platform.
- Winners of the Olympiad may receive:
- Gold: 100% tuition scholarship for a SITE Bachelor program
- Silver: 75% tuition discount
- Bronze: 50% tuition discount
- Scholarships/discounts must be activated within 12 months, are non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.
Open to high school graduates (or final-year students), current college/university students, and adult learners. Proof of education and identity documents are required.
Participants must submit their own work (final project, motivation letter, portfolio, transcript, ID). Plagiarism, ghostwriting, or unauthorized AI generation may lead to disqualification and revocation of the certificate.
The fee is non-refundable once access to the Platform is provided, except in cases of confirmed technical issues (see Public Offer, Section 11) or where required by applicable law.
Personal data is processed under Swiss law and GDPR principles. Data may be used for verifying documents and publishing finalists/winners’ names.
The agreement is governed by Swiss law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Geneva, Switzerland.
You accept the Public Offer by (i) paying the fee, (ii) registering on the Platform, or (iii) starting to use the course materials.
